Don Luis Caballero    Chairman of Emilio Lustau S.A.

Chairman since 1990, Don Luis has led the group through a period of rapid expansion with his latest acquisition being Bodegas Viňa Herminia in Rioja. He was instrumental in the purchase and redevelopment of the Bodega complex.

The protection of sherry and its quality is one of his core interests.

Manuel Arcila     Director and General Manager

Managing Director since 1992, Manuel is also a member of the Board of the Consejo  Regulador where he represent the interests of the Emilio Lustau and Luis Caballero group of companies.

Michael Hall  Director

Michael is the resident Director on the Board of Emilio Lustau S.A. responsible for all the activities of the Luis Caballero Group (parent company of Lustau) in his home market of the UK.

Jane Ward  Export Manager

Jane travels extensively worldwide, representing Lustau in her role as Export Manager.

Juan Fuentes  Head Cellarmaster

Juan comes from a family of sherry making and has looked after the Lustau cellars as Capataz (a traditional but rarely found post now) since 1985.
