Sherry Wine Vinegar 'Al Pedro Ximénez' is aged in the famous and historical bodegas of Emilio Lustau in Jerez. It has the intense flavours and pungency softened by blending with Pedro Ximénez sherry. In this product, the exquisite quality of old Sherry Wine Vinegar combined with the rich concentration and sweetness of aged Pedro Ximénez wine surprises the palate and offers new culinary sensations when used as a dressing for greens, salads, roasted peppers and indeed any dish or sauce which calls for vinegar as an ingredient.
